We loved the convenience of this hotel. From the moment we parked our car, we didn't have to move it. The hotel is located right next to Champlain Place mall, making shopping extremely easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the breakfast provided. The location in the city was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and various attractions like the park and movie theater.

Outrageous price for a small room, dirty Q-tip sitting at front entrance. Overall, the staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay, but I can't recommend it based on the hiked price.

Staff was FRIENDLY every day. Pool area is clean. The room was perfect for adults.

Great pool setup and nice, clean rooms. the poolside suite was a good choice for us. the location was also convenient, close to attractions and amenities. It was a plus to have a jacuzzi in the suite, which added to our relaxation.

There were some tripping hazards around the pool area that caused a lot of accidents. My family and I tripped multiple times, injuring our feet.

The Hotel had made a mistake with my booking (thought I was there only one night and I was book for two) They were excellent and treated me very well. Moved me to another room. Very curtious Thank you to "Karen" at Crystal Palace.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable given the location and quality of service and accommodation. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and nice views. I especially enjoyed having a pool view room. The hotel also offers basic amenities such as a mini fridge in the room, which is a nice touch.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

We found that the sofa bed had not been changed prior to us using it, do we had to call and request new bedding....:-(

The Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace Hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with 2 double beds and basic amenities like a mini-fridge and flat-screen TV. The hotel's location is perfect for families, as it is very close to a theme park and shopping mall. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I thought for the price that our room would be larger.

At the Ramada Plaza Crystal Palace, we like the fact that we parked our car and didnt move it. We went shopping at the mall across the street, chapters, ate at Mcginnis landing(it was delicious) walked through the park and saw a movie. All very convenient.

Loved the design, the layout of the facitilty..... The only issue was the very slow draining sink in the bathroom.
